BayD Immobilien is Erol Bay and Dani Hartung: two Kempten natives who have known each other for ten years and have worked together ever since. Now we are bringing our real estate experience together in our own agency – with a fresh approach, new ideas and plenty of drive.

BayD combines our names: Bay from Erol Bay and D from Dani. It stands for what defines us: two partners, one team.
Erol Bay

Erol was born and raised in Kempten. His parents come from Turkey and he grew up bilingual. As an entrepreneur he has worked in real estate for years and works in real estate controlling.
Erol is a true numbers-and-order person: with him, documents are complete, calculations are clean and processes are clear. He advises clients with Turkish roots in their native language on request.
Dani Hartung
Partner & photographer · 29 · German & Russian
Dani was born and raised in Kempten. His parents come from Kazakhstan and he grew up bilingual in German and Russian. He has worked in real estate for 13 years, including as managing director of several companies.
Dani has also been a self-employed photographer for over 12 years, with work published in magazines worldwide. He photographs every BayD property himself.
